mohi.to is a user experience & product design agency. I was promoted to a Senior UX/UI Designer during working on a large project for Eurocash, the largest wholesale FMCG distributor in Poland.
The 1.5-year project focused on integrating separate wholesale platforms into a unified experience.

I joined mohi.to to deepen my expertise in UX and UI design. Initially, I supported the graphic design team and gradually transitioned to UX/UI tasks.
Pixers is a printed home décor digital marketplace. I was responsible for the design and curation of Pixers Portfolio collections, creating custom graphics for individual customers' orders, and collaborating with printing houses to ensure high print quality and test new materials.
I was handling DTP services for individual customers' orders and assisted marketing teams. After two months I was promoted to Junior Graphic Designer.
I translated technical documents, such as electronic hardware manuals and safety instructions.
The course covered in typeface design, grids, layouts and information hierarchy.
I gained advanced skills in UX/UI design, user research, and usability testing.
I developed problem-solving and decision-making skills valued in my professional work.
I'm a bit of a typography nerd. I got a deeper understanding of it through the Jagiellonian Course of Typography. It covered topics such as grids, layouts, information hierarchy, and typeface design, which have greatly influenced my approach to design work.
Communication Design is a specialisation of Image Communication. I studied part-time, when working full time as Junior Graphic Designer. The course showed me the basics of user research, user testing, and UX/UI design. These skills have been invaluable in my professional career.
As a materials engineering student, I’ve learned to approach tasks with logic, insight, and curiosity, that I often get appreciated for at work . My background in materials engineering has played a significant role in shaping my approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
I design wireframes based on research material, interactive prototypes for usability testing and pixel-perfect high-fidelity mockups with detailed implementation information.
I've build site maps and documented user flows based on user data.
I design icons and minimalist illustrations that are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended messages. I have a master knowledge of core Adobe CC Apps – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

I select optimal typefaces, design new glyphs, make layouts and grids that work, and organize text in a way that looks and functions best.
I have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS syntax and structure. I know and use best practices for responsive web design.
I create interactive animated prototypes in Adobe After Effects and Principle, design animations and consider motion interactions a vital element of my designs.
I created a new design system for new eurocash Eurocash's, MOWI consumer websites, and have been maintaining a large design system for Oferteo app. I can create new, consistent Design System elements and effectively manage exising design systems.
I've been conducting discovery research – surveys and user interviews. I'm familiar with Google Analytics 4 and HotJar. I often rely on secondary research to inform my decisions.
I've facilitated and actively participated in a number of discovery workshops for agency clients, helping client teams effectively share and deepen their understanding of te product.
I adhere to WCAG 2.1 guidelines and I'm interested in expanding my knowledge of designing for assistive technologies.
I follow the guidelines for effective communication and prioritise the use of inclusive language in my design work.
I have experience with remote, in-person, and A/B testing.
Currently, Figma is my primary and favourite design tool. I speak the language of Autolayout, Symbols, Variants, Variables and Smart Animate.
I'm proficient in using all the tools available in Sketch.
I started as a Graphic Designer and have expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I also have experience creating 2D animations in After Effects and am familiar with Adobe XD.
I’ve developed several websites from scratch with Webflow (including this one).
I'm an advanced user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, designing a number of advanced office templates for corporate clients. I also work with their Google counterparts.
I've been using Miro as a tool for facilitating workshops.

I believe that effective and honest communication is the key to solving (or avoiding) most problems. I always make sure that I have a clear understanding of the situation at hand. I always justify my design decisions, making sure all parties understand the reasons behind the proposed solution.
I value feedback as a way to evaluate my assumptions and biases. I'm always open to hearing and sharing honest feedback.
I’m sure that good communication between designers and developers is essential for a smooth and successful design hand-off. I make a point to consult with developers about my ideas both before and during the design process. I’ve worked with internal (agency-based) and external (cliend-based) developers.
I enjoy collaborating. I specifically appreciate teams where roles are defined, but all team members feel invested in the project as a whole and are willing to step outside of their roles as needed to contribute to the overall success.
I can prioritise and organise my workflow independently.
I always take responsibility for my work and, if needed, I am ready to go above and beyond my assigned role to ensure the success of the project.
